Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Provide comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services at the Echo Cliffs Health Center in Bodaway Gap, AZ, supporting a diverse patient population across neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric care. This travel position offers a 13-week assignment starting 11/16, with rotational shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care and clinical pharmacy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Support specialty pharmacy clinics and participate in program development to ensure high-quality clinical care.
• Assist with the administration of policies, procedures, and operational management aligned with organizational mission and values.
• Provide technical and administrative supervision to pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, assistants, and billers.
• Opportunity for career advancement through tier levels up to Advanced Practice Pharmacist II.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree accredited by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education.
• Current, valid, and unrestricted pharmacy license in any U.S. State, Territory, or District of Columbia.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum two years’ experience as a Registered Pharmacist.
• At least one year of experience as a Clinical Pharmacist.
• Successful completion and clearance of fingerprinting prior to start.

Location:

• Echo Cliffs Health Center – Bodaway Gap, AZ (Tuba City region), serving a culturally diverse community including Navajo, Hopi, and Southern Paiute populations.
