Role Description The Virtual Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to help manage daily business activities. This full-time remote role includes tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing calendars, responding to emails, and preparing basic reports and documentation. The Virtual Assistant will assist with data entry, updating records, and coordinating communications with clients and partners. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining files, supporting simple research tasks, and helping with online tools or platforms used by the company. The role requires consistent follow-through, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities while working independently.
Qualifications

Strong administrative and organizational skills, including calendar management, email handling, and document preparation.
Proficiency with common office software and online tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, video conferencing, cloud storage).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to respond professionally to clients and colleagues.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry, record keeping, and documentation.
Comfort with basic online research and the ability to summarize findings clearly.
Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work setup.
Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative support role is preferred but not required.
Interest in or familiarity with the energy management or sustainability sector is a plus.
